Most networking events fragment into side conversations and card exchanges. At Mont Alto, we practice the Jeffersonian format: a single thread of dialogue, one speaker at a time, guided by a curated opening question. Everyone participates. No one performs.

A single, carefully curated prompt opens the evening, provocative enough to unlock honest conversation.
Round Table
Each guest responds in turn. No cross-talk. No interruptions. The facilitator holds the space.
Open Dialogue
The table opens for free discussion, guided by the facilitator. Ideas compound, not compete.
No Pitching
Business solicitation is strictly off-limits. The room is for thinking. Deals happen after, naturally.
